I am retired from my own business. I sold it when my son (who was supposed to replace me) was diagnosed with scleroderma 4 years ago.

I became involved 3 years ago as a board member of Sclérodermie Québec and I proposed to launch a 5 million dollar campaign over 5 years. We launched the campaign last year, and it is going very well. Eighty percent of the money will go for research (the first scleroderma research chair was created with Montréal University and CHUM.) The rest will help scleroderma patients in every area in Québec.

This year I became president of Sclérodermie Québec.
